Congratulations to your sister! Wow! My son got a 1600 on his SAT in the pre-writing-section days (and I know he was glad to dodge that bullet) and I thoroughly enjoyed the reflected glory. I suspect you did quite a fine job on your own SATs, though.
Aww shucks. You are all very nice and cool. Sorry for responding so late, but my education has been pursuing me this week.
nicholas--I never took the SAT II Writing, but I can tell you the new writing section is a cakewalk. As long as you fill up all the space, your essay's pretty much guaranteed a high grade. The multiple choice grammar section is also to be taken lightly.
Your sister is um...i take it...some kind of a...um...mutant?
ReplyDeleteCertain werewolf powers run in the family, yes.
ReplyDeleteYeah, 2400 is the new 1600. There's a written section now.
ReplyDeleteYeah, but did she use a calculator?
ReplyDeleteIs the "Writing" section equivalent to the old SAT-II Writing? Or is it easier?
Congrats to your sis on the perfect SAT
