  1. I don't agree. A Platonic relationships is a relationship of minds when sexual or romantic hormones don't get triggered. The other is treated as a person without gender.

  2. yup yup, which is why they suck compared to sexual relationships, where you appreciate specific qualities with great intensity.

    connected to how wanting to get laid [in the abstract] is gross, whereas wanting to have sex with a specific person is a turnon for that person. who wants to be an abstract object?
